6:00 PM - 3:00 AM We are hiring a 2nd Shift Human Resources Specialist to support our evening operations in Athens, AL. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to grow their HR career while gaining hands-on experience in employee support and team member relations. Training will take place on 1st shift for several weeks before transitioning to 2nd shift. Responsibilities:

- Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns
- Conduct intake for complaints and workplace issues
- Document detailed notes and collect written statements
- Escalate complex matters and investigations to 1st Shift HR
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Provide general HR administrative support
- 0-2 years of Human Resources or administrative experience preferred
- HR, Business, or related degree preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently on 2nd shift
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
