Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 base salary + 5% Bonus

What You'll Do as a Property Accountant


As a Property Accountant , you will be responsible for the full-cycle accounting activities for an assigned portfolio of properties.

• Perform full-cycle accounting, including AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliations, fixed assets, and depreciation
• Prepare quarterly financial statements and supporting schedules
• Process and reconcile payroll activities
• Monitor and reconcile bank accounts
• Analyze general ledger activity and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain tenant, vendor, and property accounting records
• Support budgeting, reporting, and special projects
• Assist with future accounting system implementation and process improvements

What We're Looking For

• Full-cycle accounting experience within property accounting, real estate, or construction industry experience
• Strong understanding of AR, AP, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• Strong Excel and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Collaborative, team-oriented attitude
