Associate General Counsel

The Role To facilitate our rapid growth, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Associate General Counsel to provide strategic and tactical legal counseling on a broad range of issues impacting sales, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and customer support. This role reports directly to the General Counsel and requires a strong transactional lawyer comfortable with negotiation strategy and administrative tasks, able to advise on commercial contracting, intellectual property, privacy/security, supply chain, and M&A/Project Finance.
