Overview
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - General, Prescott, Arizona, travel - temporary assignment, starting 09/21/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $899 per week to $943 per week. Guaranteed hours: 32 per week. Shift: Day, 8x4.

Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services per Plan of Care to assigned patients
- Assess functional abilities and implement therapeutic activities; monitor patient progress
- Implement and adjust treatment plans under supervision; document outcomes
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective care
- Educate patients and families in activities of daily living and home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient safety and infection control standards

Requirements
- Arizona state license required for submission or must have already applied and be able to provide an ETA for license approval
- Certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Availability to work 5 days per week with 32 guaranteed hours
- Willingness to participate in a travel assignment
- Ability to start on or before 09/21/2026
