• Drive strategic modernization of software delivery processes to maximize team throughput and delivery quality.
• Embed Agile mindsets and DevOps automation into core engineering behaviors, facilitating rapid, reliable, and repeatable software releases.

• Analyze delivery trends and team metrics to expose friction points, evaluate experiment outcomes, and prioritize process interventions.

• Author clear documentation capturing methodologies, experiments, outcomes, and retrospectives for long-term traceability and replication.

• Testing: Competent in test automation using tools like xUnit, Postman, and load testing frameworks.
• Project & Knowledge Management: Effective with Atlassian tools, specifically Jira and Confluence.
