Ensures adherence to master program plans and schedules, develops solutions to program problems, and leads team members assigned to programs on various project teams or departments. Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. Acts as an advisor to leadership and program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. Contents are subject to change at the company's discretion.EducationRequired - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, health science or related field.Work ExperienceRequired - 7 years of project management experience.CertificationsRequired - NonePreferred - Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent (Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Master Change Agent, or AGILE Project Management)Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications.Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to present information clearly and professionally.Excellent judgement, decision making and time management skills.Analytical skills and ability to use a logical through process to formulate practical solutions to problems.Positive interpersonal skills and ability to effectively and professionally work with people from all backgrounds.Ability to travel throughout and between facilities.Job DutiesFormulates, organizes and monitors inter-connected projects in conjunction with complex and strategic teams.Works in tandem with relevant leadership and executives on decisions and strategies as they correlate to the function's strategic plan and high visibility projectsLeads, coaches, and mentors project managers and other staff.Develops and supports the control of deadlines, budgets and activities.Manages the escalation of high priority risk mitigation and change management.Develops and reviews statements of work and high visibility project presentations as needed.Supports leadership in resource assignment(s) to projects and aids in the evaluation of project managers.Performs other related duties as required.The above statements describe the general nature and level of work only.
