What You’ll Do Oversee daily operations of the apartment community Lead and support the onsite leasing and maintenance team Resolve resident issues promptly and professionally Monitor leasing activity and occupancy to meet performance goals Use Entrata to manage resident records, leasing, and reporting Ensure all leasing and operational processes follow Fair Housing regulations Coordinate maintenance requests, vendor work, and curb appeal Maintain accurate documentation for leases, inspections, and resident communication Partner with corporate and ownership teams to achieve financial and operational targets What You’ll Need to Succeed Required: Prior experience as a Property Manager Solid understanding of Fair Housing laws Strong leadership and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems independently Experience with Entrata or similar property management software Preferred: Experience with Entrata Affordable housing experience (a plus, not required) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Bilingual abilities What You’ll Get CAF offers one of the most competitive benefits packages in the industry—because we believe when we take care of you, you can take care of everything else. 15 Paid Holidays PTO based on tenure: 0-4 years: 15 days 5-9 years: 20 days 10-14 years: 25 days 15+ years: 30 days 3 Flex Days per year Medical, Dental & Vision (employee medical starts at $65/month) 401(k) with company contributions (after 6 months) Paid Parental Leave (10 days) 30-50% Employee Housing Discount (after 30 days, if applicable) Recognition programs, event participation, and a people-first culture Physical Requirements This role requires regular movement throughout the property and occasional lifting.
