Warehouse Manager Location: Kenner, LA 70062 Job Type: Full-Time Pay Rate: $25.00 / hour Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations at our Kenner facility. You will be responsible for leading warehouse staff, managing inventory control, optimizing logistics processes, and ensuring safety standards are met across receiving, storage, and fulfillment operations. Key Responsibilities Logistics & Operations: Direct receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations; optimize floor layouts and material flows. Inventory Control: Conduct routine cycle counts, audit stock levels, and resolve inventory discrepancies to maintain high accuracy rates. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse personnel; establish daily performance targets and safety metrics. Vendor & Carrier Management: Coordinate with freight carriers, shipping partners, and suppliers to ensure timely shipments and cost-effective transportation. Safety & Compliance: Maintain full compliance with OSHA standards, local regulations, and company safety protocols. Compensation & Benefits Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour Bonus Potential: Performance-based incentive opportunities tied to inventory accuracy, safety targets, and operational efficiency. Qualifications & Requirements 3-5+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience. Strong proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP platforms.
