CNC Mill Machinist

Randstad is seeking dedicated CNC Mill Machinists to join an industry-leading precision manufacturing team! This opportunity offers competitive pay, clear paths for advancement, and a supportive team environment working on modern vertical and horizontal milling centers.

Positions are open immediately across both shifts:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

Shift Differential: Earn a 10% pay boost on 2nd Shift! Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of hands-on CNC milling experience or formal machine tool training.

• Proficiency in shop math, algebra, geometry, and reading precision measuring devices.

• Ability to interpret blueprints, production layouts, and technical specifications.

• Familiarity with G-code editing and machine offsets.

Responsibilities

• Milling Operations: Set up and operate vertical and horizontal CNC milling machines to manufacture high-precision parts.

• Blueprint & Traveler Verification: Review work orders, engineering drawings, GD&T, and program files to verify machine setup and tool paths.

• Precision Inspection: Use precision instruments such as micrometers, height gauges, dial indicators, and calipers to verify product quality and adherence to tolerances.

• Tooling & Adjustments: Select appropriate cutting tools, set speeds and feeds, adjust program offsets, and maintain coolant flow.

• Maintenance & System Tracking: Log job progress in the ERP system, maintain 5S workspace cleanliness, and perform routine machine maintenance.
