Job Description

Our client top national firm has been voted one of the top firms to work for in the country seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Tax Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public accounting with a focus on high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage tax compliance and consulting services for high-net-worth individuals, including complex tax returns and planning.
    • \n
  • Oversee and review the preparation of federal, state, and local tax returns.
    • \n
  • Provide expert tax advice and strategies to optimize clients' tax positions.
    • \n
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.
    • \n
  • Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and identifying planning opportunities.
    • \n
  • Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering professional growth and development.
    • \n
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
    • \n

Requirements:

    \n
  • CPA certification is mandatory.
    • \n
  • 6-8 years of experience in public accounting, specifically focusing on high-net-worth clients.
    • \n
  • Proven expertise in tax compliance and planning for HNW individuals.
    • \n
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
    • \n
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
