Tech Lead / Solution Architect

DescriptionKforce has a client in need of a Tech Lead / Solution Architect.Responsibilities:* Provide technical leadership across enterprise applications, integrations, and supporting platforms* Establish and promote consistent architecture, development standards, and technical best practices* Maintain documentation for system configurations, integrations, workflows, and solution designs* Design and coordinate integrations between internal applications and external data sources* Lead troubleshooting, incident response, root-cause analysis, and resolution of complex production issues* Develop proactive processes for identifying, reporting, and resolving system errors* Ensure solutions follow applicable security, privacy, compliance, and risk requirements* Partner with business, product, and technical teams to translate business needs into clear technical requirements and user stories* Provide technical direction during vendor discussions and solution reviewsRequirements* 5+ years of experience in software engineering, systems integration, or IT operations, including 2+ years in a senior or technical leadership capacity* Experience with insurance technology and knowledge of P&C or Life/Health underwriting and policy lifecycles* Proficiency with Java, C#, Python, or a comparable programming language* Experience with enterprise application integrations and complex system environments* Familiarity with underwriting platforms such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, or similar solutions* Knowledge of AI technologies and emerging capabilities* Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences* Comfortable leading technical reviews, collaborating with vendors, and constructively challenging proposed solutionsJob TypeContractCompensation90 - $95
