Seeking a Manufacturing Project Manager for a high growth industrial manufacturing client in the Florham Park, NJ area.

The Manufacturing PM would be responsible for CAPEX & Project Execution: End-to-end management of capital projects-scoping, budgeting, charters, scheduling, execution, and commissioning. Equipment Lifecycle & ROI: Assess aging assets using ROI models to lead the procurement, installation, and integration of new machinery and automation.

responsibilities:

• CAPEX & Project Execution: End-to-end management of capital projects-scoping, budgeting, charters, scheduling, execution, and commissioning.

• Equipment Lifecycle & ROI: Assess aging assets using ROI models to lead the procurement, installation, and integration of new machinery and automation.

• Facility Expansion & Layout: Coordinate utility upgrades and structural expansions; collaborate with contractors to optimize plant layouts and material flow.

• Turnarounds & Major Maintenance: Plan and execute plant shutdowns and overhauls with zero-unplanned-downtime scheduling and contingency planning.

• Vendor & Contractor Oversight: Source and manage external vendors, ensuring strict adherence to safety, quality standards, and building codes.

• Continuous Improvement: Leverage Lean/Six Sigma to boost equipment throughput, increase reliability, and minimize process waste.

• Risk & Emergency Management: Proactively mitigate project risks and lead rapid-response strategies during critical facility emergencies.
