Your Responsibilities

• Performing in-depth patient evaluations, prescribing diagnostic tests, and creating personalized care strategies
• Diagnosing and managing acute, chronic, or episodic illnesses independently or in partnership with physicians (based on credentialing)
• Educating patients and their families about prevention, wellness initiatives, and disease management
• Administering therapies and prescribing medications within your scope of practice

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Graduation from a recognized Nurse Practitioner program

Licensure and Certifications Required

• Current Nurse Practitioner license in Missouri
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or a similar designation
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or the ability to obtain within 90 days)
