Role Overview

Use your career coaching expertise to help improve next generation AI systems through realistic, high quality professional development conversations. This remote contract opportunity supports a customer project focused on strengthening career and professional development resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Take part in realistic one on one career coaching conversations with other professionals.
• Model common coaching scenarios, including career planning, job searches, interviews, professional development, and career transitions.
• Provide practical, thoughtful guidance grounded in real world coaching experience.
• Demonstrate active listening, effective questioning, clear communication, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Adapt conversations to varied career goals, professional backgrounds, and individual needs.
• Follow project guidelines so conversations remain natural, professional, and representative of authentic coaching interactions.

Qualifications

• Professional experience as a Career Coach, Career Counselor, Career Advisor, Professional Coach, or in a similar role.
• Several years of hands on experience in career coaching, counseling, mentoring, or professional development is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to lead natural, engaging, helpful one on one coaching conversations.
• Experience supporting people with career planning, job searches, interviews, workplace challenges, or career transitions.
• Comfort working remotely in paired conversation sessions.
• No prior AI experience is required.

Work Terms

• Contractor engagement.
• Remote role based in the United States.

Compensation

• $50 to $100 per hour.
