Job Description Lead the Colorado office and oversee day-to-day operations Handle personal injury matters and help drive strong outcomes for injured clients Manage cases, clients, and workflow with urgency and accountability Help hire, lead, and develop staff with support from firm leadership and HR Work closely with ownership on business development and office growth Ensure a high level of client service and strong case handling standards Identify operational improvements and opportunities to expand the practice Build a strong local presence in the Colorado market Qualifications 2+ years of personal injury attorney experience required Strong plaintiff-side advocacy and client communication skills Leadership and management ability Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills Organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable with legal software Motivated, ambitious, and interested in long-term growth Book of business or ability to help generate cases is a plus Minnesota roots are a plus Why You Will Love Working Here This is a rare chance to step into a true leadership-track role without waiting years for the opportunity.
