Commercial Tenant Improvement Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Commercial TI Superintendent / Field Operations Manager to oversee field operations for commercial tenant improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily construction site activities and subcontractors.
- Coordinate schedules vendors materials and site logistics.
- Ensure work meets plans specifications quality and safety standards.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve field issues.
- Coordinate with PMs architects engineers and clients.
- Maintain daily reports and project documentation.
Requirements:
- 10 years of construction supervision experience.
- Commercial TI/interior build-out experience.
- Strong knowledge of framing drywall ceilings MEP and finishes.
- Ability to read construction drawings.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- OSHA certification preferred.
- Procore and bilingual English/Spanish are a plus.
