IT Project Manager

We're hiring an IT Project Manager to join our team in Columbia, SC. This role offers a hybrid schedule, with onsite work required Tuesday through Thursday.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 7 years of IT experience in a leadership capacity, including 4 years leading multiple concurrent project teams
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with all levels of management and team members
• Superior leadership skills in a team or project environment
• Exceptional problem-solving and conflict management/resolution skills
• Highly effective analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail

Preferred Skills:

• ServiceNow experience is a plus
• PMP Certification

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate overall project delivery of ServiceNow module implementations
• Schedule and recap meetings and stand-ups, assign and track tasks daily
• Maintain MS Project plan, timeline, budget, and all auditable artifacts
• Deliver quality products on time, within budgeted hours
• Monitor tasks, assignments, and hours daily

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of job-related work experience or 2 years of job-related experience plus an associate degree in any major
