Are you a friendly, energetic morning person who enjoys providing outstanding service? Join our hotel restaurant team as an AM Server and help our guests begin their day with a warm welcome and a memorable dining experience!
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys meeting new people, and wants to build a rewarding career in hospitality.
What You’ll Do- Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Explain menu selections and answer questions about food and beverages.
- Take guest orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized, attentive service.
- Check on guests throughout their meals to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle guest questions and resolve concerns professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area.
- Complete opening, side-work, and closing responsibilities.
- Work closely with kitchen and restaurant team members to ensure smooth service.
- Follow all food-safety, sanitation, and workplace-safety standards.
- Previous restaurant, food-service, or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and safely carry serving trays.
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.
- Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of food-safety and sanitation standards is a plus.
