Role: Facilities Engineer
Location: Lafayette, CO / Tempe, AZ / Irvine, CA / Santa Ana, CA
Duration: 9/1/2026 – 2/27/2027
Job Summary
We are looking for a Facilities Engineer II to support facilities and building automation projects across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Support BAS, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
- Manage facilities projects from planning through completion.
- Manage external contractors and vendors.
- Support BAS installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
- Review drawings, specifications, and equipment designs.
- Maintain project documentation and CMMS records.
- Support facility teams with training and technical guidance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree.
- 2+ years of experience with BAS, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or building systems.
- Experience with BAS design, installation, and commissioning.
- Strong project management and vendor management skills.
- Preferred
- Tridium/Niagara, Honeywell, or Distech experience.
- Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, or LonWorks.
- CMMS experience.
- Spanish proficiency is a plus.
