Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards and customer preferences. Take food and drink orders, accurately input them into the POS system, and deliver items promptly. Engage with guests to provide recommendations, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas. Follow all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service policies. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Requirements Previous experience as a bartender or serving preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of beverage preparation, including cocktails, beer, and wine. Must be at least 21 years of age and eligible to serve alcohol in Chicago, IL. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
