Respiratory Therapist

The Registered Respiratory Therapist plays a vital role within the healthcare team by developing personalized respiratory care plans in collaboration with physicians and team members. They utilize evidence-based practices and compassion to support patients through health management or end-of-life care, ensuring optimal outcomes or comfort. The therapist is responsible, accountable, and authorized to manage and deliver care aligned with current policies and procedures. The Respiratory Therapist II (RRT) General Pool is trained to work across at least three acute respiratory care locations within their region, providing flexible coverage as needed. Education: 2-year/Associate Degree preferred; 4-year/Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Experience: At least one year required.
