Fabricator / Welder (MIG & TIG)
Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our team. You will be responsible for the full fabrication processtaking projects from blueprints to finished metal structures. This role requires a high level of precision in cutting, bending, assembling, and welding, specifically with Aluminum and Stainless Steel.
Responsibilities:
- Execute the complete process of building metal structures including cutting, bending, and assembling materials.
- Perform high-quality MIG and TIG welding on Aluminum and Stainless Steel.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and diagrams to ensure all builds meet exact specifications.
- Inspect all finished work to ensure strong joins, clean welds, and proper alignment.
- Safely operate and maintain shop equipment and fabrication tools.
Qualifications:
- Professional experience in metal fabrication and structural assembly.
- Proficient in both MIG and TIG welding techniques.
- Specific experience working with Aluminum and Stainless Steel.
- Ability to work from blueprints or diagrams with minimal supervision.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to handle a physically demanding 10-hour shift.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Pay: $23.00 $25.00 per hour (commensurate with experience).
- Schedule: Monday Thursday (4-day work week).
- Hours: 5:30 AM 4:00 PM (10-hour shifts).
