We're in active transformation — and this senior product leader will own the product function of our next ambitious chapter: a unified platform sitting on top of Salesforce, AMS360, and our carrier ecosystem, with a client portal, broker & producer portal, and AI-powered carrier recommendation engine all to be designed, built, and owned by this role. This will be both a player and a coach role, leading a team of PMs and Pjms while staying close enough to the work to drive real product quality across an interconnected platform roadmap.Duties and Responsibilities:Vision and roadmap for a unified platform spanning client experience, producer workflows, and AI-powered recommendations.End-to-end product ownership of client portal, broker/producer portal, and carrier recommendation engine.Prioritization and stakeholder alignment across engineering, Salesforce, and business leadership.Maturing the team from reactive output-oriented execution toward proactive outcome-driven product thinking.Partnering with engineering to ensure teams are working on the right problems, well-defined, and unblocked.Qualifications8+ years in product, with meaningful time owning complex, multi-surface platform products.
