We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Floating Leasing Consultant to support several of our apartment communities. What You'll Do
As a Leasing Consultant, no two days are exactly the same. You'll play a key role in creating a welcoming experience for prospective and current residents while supporting the success of our communities.

Responsibilities Include:

• Building relationships with prospective residents by identifying their needs and matching them with the perfect apartment home.
• Conducting apartment tours and showcasing the unique features and benefits of our communities.
• Ensuring model apartments, vacant units, and community spaces are clean, inviting, and ready to impress.
• Assisting with lease applications, renewals, resident files, and other administrative responsibilities.
• Utilizing your marketing and sales skills to generate traffic through social media, outreach marketing, networking, cold calling, and community partnerships.
• Delivering exceptional customer service and fostering positive relationships with current residents to support resident retention.
• Monitoring local market trends and competitor activity through telephone surveys and site visits.
• Supporting the management team with daily operations and special projects as needed.

What We're Looking For
Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in leasing, sales, customer service, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Reliable personal vehicle available for use during the workday.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or other property management software is a plus.
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening (including marijuana).
