You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew. With proper experience our Assistants earn $21 to $26 per hour including sick pay and health care. Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance based bonuses! Once you enter into management you are quickly on your way to learning the skills necessary to be General Manager of a store.
