Saint Francis Veterinary Center of South Jersey is looking for a full-time Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our team as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community in Swedesboro, NJ.

About You

You’ll play an important role in pets’ lives by creating a welcoming, compassionate experience for patients and their families. Your impact will range from coordinating appointments and supporting both urgent and primary care visits to maintaining accurate medical records, processing payments and ensuring a smooth client experience from check-in to check-out.

Your Experience & Skills

· Clinical veterinary experience strongly preferred

· 2+ years of Client Service/Customer Facing experience required

· Possesses a positive work attitude

· Self-motivated

· Excellent communication and organization skills

Compensation is negotiable based on experience and credentials, with an expected starting range of $17 – $19 / hour. The actual compensation will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
