Customer Service Specialist

TEKsystems is supporting a client actively hiring for customer service specialists for a hybrid role in Swedesboro, NJ. This position will interact with customers in a call center environment and process their prescription orders. Applicants with strong customer service skills and eager to work for a great company environment are encouraged to apply. Please note that you must be available to work an evening shift, 11:30am-8pm.

* Monday-Friday
* Hybrid schedule- 3 days remote, 2 days onsite
* 6 week on-site training required
* After training, main schedule is 11:30am-8pm
* Contract to hire opportunity

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $19.25 - $21.00/hr.
