Operational Assistant

We are seeking an Operational Assistant to provide front-desk, administrative, and HR support in a professional office environment. The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple priorities while maintaining confidential employee information.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, answer phones, manage mail, scan documents, and provide general office support.
• Support HR activities including onboarding, interview scheduling, employee records, HRIS data entry, and employee inquiries.
• Assist with timekeeping/payroll systems, e-Verify, LMS, training, and new-hire orientation.
• Coordinate meetings, conference rooms, training sessions, employee events, and other activities.
• Prepare reports, presentations, welcome packets, and HR communications using Microsoft Office.
• Maintain confidential employee files, badges, bulletin boards, and HR documentation.
• Provide administrative and project support to the HR team and plant leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelors degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Previous HR administrative, HR assistant, or office administrative experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work onsite in Salt Lake City, UT, MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM.
