Job Family:Account Growth LeaderTravel Required:Up to 50%Clearance Required:NoneWhat You Will Do:Create robust account strategy and plan to deliver sustainable growth in select accountsIdentify business opportunities across a select set of accounts and drive growth against a targetWork with the commercial account leaders, delivery teams and service partners to expand Guidehouse offerings across Advisory, Technology and Managed Services in the assigned accountsGenerate new sales opportunities and identify appropriate internal resources, solutions, campaigns to assist with moving the opportunity through the pipeline to closureCollaborate with Capability leaders, Subject matter experts, Ecosystem partners, Marketing, Account Partners, Campaign growth leaders, Channel Developers, Sales Corporate Services, and the Segment Growth Leader to drive Sales and strategic Growth opportunities for the firmWork personal network of industry contacts to originate new sales leads and opportunitiesPartner with the Segment Growth Leader and service line partners to identify and define specific point solutions and take those to marketThis role is eligible to participate in Guidehouse's Sales Incentive PlanWhat You Will Need:Bachelor's Degree; Four (4) years of additional professional experience in lieu of Bachelor'sMinimum 12+ years of prior Financial Services experience preferrably working in consulting and banking Proven track record of building accounts from ground zero and deliver hypergrowthProven experience selling services to regional banksAbility to sell Advisory-led and technology-led offerings to Financial Services clientsWhat Would Be Nice to Have:Master's level educationProfessional knowledge and Exposure to some of Financial Crime, Risk & Compliance, Treasury, Payments, Loans, Digital assets and Investment banking preferredExperience with using ecosystem partners as sales channelThe ideal candidate will be located in the Midwest or South EastThe annual salary range for this position is $155,000.00-$259,000.00.
