Pay & Benefits

• $17–$20/hour (based on experience)
• Up to 2 weeks paid time off

• Answer calls, schedule appointments, and support customers with a smile
• Build strong relationships and create great customer experiences
• Communicate clearly via phone, email, and other channels
• Solve problems and ensure every customer feels taken care of

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a background check
• Available Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• At least 1 year of office experience
