The Medical Assistant may administer intramuscular, subcutaneous , or intradermal injections , and may perform skin tests , administer oral medication, venipunctures , and skin punctures for blood specimens.Minimum RequirementsMedical Assistant diploma required . High School graduate or equivalent preferred.A minimum of one year of experience required, two years preferred .Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese, depending on location required .A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.Compensation$26.00 - $30.55 hourlyCompensation DisclaimerActual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.
