Our client is a growing manufacturer that has a broad customer base, excellent benefits and a great work atmosphere. They are in need of a Production Manager with CNC experience to lead their team on 2nd shift.

Duties and responsibilities of the Production Manager include:
Coaching, training and mentoring plant supervisors and associates on 2nd shift
Ensuring production goals are being met
Ensuring safety on the plant floor
Ensuring quality of product
Developing and maintaining SOP
Planning operations and preparing schedules

Requirements for the Production Manager position include:
Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing facility 
Experience in a CNC or machining facility
Ability to work 2nd shift (4pm-12:30pm)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Hands-on
