Customer Service Representative Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $16.00 to $18.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

In this role, you will manage orders, act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with orders, accuracy, delivery, etc.

• Receive and document orders.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution.

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills and active listening.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.). 

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
