PROGRAM ANALYST

Strategic Administrative Leadership

You will lead, coordinate, and execute strategic administrative processes for key command decision bodies and governance boards to prioritize capabilities and align long-term organizational programs.

You will research, draft, analyze, and coordinate joint capability and requirements documents to formally define operational needs in strict compliance with established defense validation standards.

You will interface directly with tactical operators, support teams, and technical engineers to conduct structured discovery interviews and workshops to capture raw operational needs.

You will translate raw qualitative feedback and tactical pain points from field users into formal deficiency reports and definitive capability requirements for technical development teams.

You will serve as the principal advisor across organizational divisions to guide diverse teams through comprehensive assessments that determine whether solutions require new equipment or training.

You will coordinate action items, build consensus, and negotiate positions across subordinate commands and external government agencies to secure formal agreement on key programs.

You will align capability roadmaps with organizational budget cycles and financial planning processes to support major defense acquisition decisions and long-term funding goals.

You will develop and present point papers, staff studies, executive critiques, and formal briefings to flag-level officers, Senior Executive Service leaders, and operational unit leadership.
