Job DescriptionOverview Florida Woman Care is actively recruiting is seeking afull-time Certified Nurse Midwifeto join our affiliated partner,Dr. Hyler & Associates, serving the growing communities ofMiddleburg and Orange Park. This is a full-scope practice opportunity offering a healthy work life balance, for a midwife who values both clinical excellence and meaningful patient relationships. About Practice: Dr. Hyler & Associates is a well-established, serving women and families in the Jacksonville area since 1996, and it has always been our mission to provide outstanding services while emphasizing one-on-one personal care and attention with our specialists. Locations:Three office sites Orange Park, Middleburg,andFleming Island Hospital affiliations:Deliveries and surgeries performed atAscension St. Vincents Clay County and HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital Team structure: 6 Board-Certified OB/GYNs, 1 physician assistant, and 8 CNMs Call schedule:Call Schedule evenly shared with team of Midwives Call 1:5 weekends 24-hour post call off Must be within 30 minutes of the hospital Patient volume:18 -23 patients per day Estimated Deliveries per Month: 105 babies per month Culture:Supportive, collegial, and dedicated to work-life balance Clinical EMR: Athena Support includes assigned medical assistant Open toboth new graduatesandexperienced physician Compensation/Benefits Highlights: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision 401k with matching Short- and long-term disability, company paid life insurance Company paid malpractice coverage (no additional tail policy needed) Supportive and appreciative culture Requirements: AMCB Certified Nurse-Midwife Graduate of a nurse-midwifery education program accredited by ACNM Accreditation Commission for Midwifery Education (ACME) Masters degree in nursing (MS/MSN) Active and unrestricted state registered nurse (RN) license CPR and NALS Certification Current Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain New graduates are welcome to apply.
