Senior Business Analyst - AI CoE

SBS Creatix is seeking a Business Analyst – AI Center of Excellence (AI CoE) to support the successful adoption and scaling of artificial intelligence across a large enterprise environment. This role sits within a centralized AI innovation team focused on driving business-led AI initiatives from concept through executive decision-making.

The Business Analyst will serve as a key connector between business stakeholders, AI leadership, and executive governance forums—translating ideas into structured, decision-ready initiatives. This is a highly visible role with direct exposure to senior leadership, offering the opportunity to shape enterprise AI strategy, improve operational clarity, and accelerate the delivery of high-impact, data-driven solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related fie
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or similar roles within complex enterprise environment
• Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, data analytics, and data-driven solutions (no hands-on model development required
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous business ideas into structured, actionable plans
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
• Preferred experience supporting AI, Data, or Digital Transformation initiatives

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary intake point for enterprise AI ideas, capturing business objectives, value hypotheses, scope, and readiness
• Organize and maintain a transparent AI initiative pipeline, including status, ownership, priorities, and next steps
• Support prioritization efforts by developing structured materials aligned to business value, readiness, dependencies, and strategy
• Manage and track the enterprise AI use-case portfolio, including milestones, sequencing, and decision outcomes
