ABOUT POINTONE PointOne is reinventing how law firms operate. We build infrastructure for the legal industry, powering timekeeping and billing systems used by law firms and government agencies. Our AI-powered timekeeper helps attorneys capture billable time automatically and provides rich insights that transform how legal work is managed. We're a venture-backed startup (Y Combinator, Bessemer, 8VC, General Catalyst) made up of software engineers (Jane Street, Google, Stanford, Princeton) and ex-attorneys. To keep up with inbound customer demand, we're quickly scaling the team following a $16M Series A. WHO YOU ARE You have:
The compensation for this position is determined by multiple factors, including prior experience and expertise. A competitive equity component will also be offered as part of the package. - A degree from a top university
- 0-2 years of professional experience, with no prior sourcing background required
- A competitive, high-energy approach and resilience in a high-volume role
- Sharp written communication and a talent for getting busy people to reply
- A high degree of ownership and the ability to operate autonomously
- Build targeted pipelines of engineering and go-to-market candidates through outbound sourcing.
- Write outreach that earns responses from busy, in-demand people.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate on profiles and refine search strategy.
- Track pipeline health and conversion, then feed what you learn back into how we target.
- Give every candidate a fast, thoughtful first impression of PointOne.
