TITLE CMS DATA OPERATOR

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Minimum of five years of successful experience in a position requiring computer-related tasks and data entry and manipulation, preferably in the educational setting
2. Minimum of a high school diploma, preferably an Associate Degree in a computer- or data-related field
3. Minimum of intermediate skills with Excel, Word, Windows and experience supporting and manipulating a pre-existing data system preferred
4. Ten and a half (10.5) month position subject to grant funding

REPORTS TO

JOB GOAL

To assist the Principal of Cleveland Middle School in fulfilling building, district, and state student information requirements.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Serves as the primary student Information Systems coordinator at Cleveland Middle School

1. Enters all new student enrollments into the SIS

2. Responsible for the SIS elements pre-registration and the school’s master schedule

3. Verifies all data is compliant and accurate with respect to EIS

4. Coordinates student “Reports of Progress” distribution

5. Provides requested student data reports from administration and teachers

1. Attends required meetings and submits required reports

2. Performs other duties as assigned by the Principal
