Care & Benefits Coordinator for Independent Living
Maxim Healthcare Service
Maxim Healthcare is seeking a coordinator to support clients in living independently at home, coordinating services with families and community resources. The role includes in-home and community-based training, regular communication with families, and help scheduling medical appointments. Applicants should have state licensure or certification as required, an associate degree in human services or 3+ years of relevant experience, and CPR/BLS certification.
