• Up to 14 shifts per month with 10‐hour shifts
• 120 patients per day with 40,000 annually
• Hospital with stroke center and cardiac cases
• EMR: EPIC
• Level 3 trauma patients with 30% pediatric population
• No single coverage for first 4 months
• Shift times: 11am, 2:30pm, or 8pm
