Patient Account Representative

The Patient Account Representative is responsible for resolving outstanding unpaid, unprocessed and/or denied medical claims to third-party payers. This role frequently interfaces with insurance companies.

Position Specifics:

• Answering phones, registering/scheduling new patients and follow ups, intake forms, scanning documents, etc.
• Schedule: Part Time Days 24 hours per week (7-3:30 or 8-4:30). Prefer M/W/F schedule but can be flexible
• Location: Virden, IL
• Compensation: That aligns with experience + shift differentials on top of base rate!

Education Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Experience Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience processing medical insurance claims is preferred.

Pay Range: $18.00 - $25.20

A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.
