Director of Structural Engineering Services
American Society of Plumbing Engineers
Contractor Nation is seeking a highly experienced, systems-oriented structural engineering leader to help build and scale the future of engineering support for one of North America’s leading networks of specialty residential contractors. This is not a traditional engineering role. We’re looking for someone who understands how engineering can improve speed, responsiveness, permitting, homeowner experience, and operational scalability for growing contractors. Our network specializes in: foundation repair crawl space repair basement waterproofing structural stabilization helical/push pier systems SmartJack systems structural wood repair concrete lifting What You’ll Do Lead and evolve engineering support strategy Support residential structural remediation and foundation repair projects Review and/or oversee PE-stamped plans, letters, and repair recommendations Develop scalable workflows, standards, and documentation processes Improve turnaround times, consistency, and dealer experience Collaborate with operations, production, sales, and permitting teams Help shape a long-term engineering platform supporting contractors across the U.S. and Canada Ideal Background PE license required Multi-state licensure strongly preferred 10+ years structural engineering experience Residential remediation, foundation repair, forensic, or restoration engineering experience preferred Systems/process-oriented mindset Contractor-friendly communicator Entrepreneurial and responsive #J-18808-Ljbffr American Society of Plumbing Engineers
