Experienced Floor Tech

Patapsco Healthcare is seeking an energetic Floor Tech for our skilled nursing facility. First impressions are everything, so this person is an intricate part of that impression by maintaining the flows in a safe, clean, sanitary, and attractive manner. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Meet physical and sensory requirements stated below and be able to work in the described environment.
Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives that improve the customer experience, enhance workflow, and/or improve the work environment.
Keep the floors looking neat and cared for by buffing, stripping, waxing, scrubbing and finishing, as scheduled.
Maintain and use equipment and supplies properly, reporting any defects or repairs that need to be made.
Other special projects and duties, as assigned.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills

Preferred Skills: Prior LTC experience required
