The Bakery Supervisor is responsible for every guest served in the Bakery, they lead their team through whatever challenges each day brings. What is our Bakery Supervisor Responsible for?
Developing and retaining winning teams, with the assistance of the other managers and the General Manager
Communicating our values to the team members
Delivering outstanding customer service experiences
Growing sales by providing premium food and customized service
Maintaining the highest standards of food safety and sanitation throughout the restaurant
Promoting your passion for our Baked goods to all team members and guests

Requirements:Minimum 2+ years as a supervisor / manager.
Previous experience in catering or bakery environment, preferred.
Must enjoy and be able to succeed positively and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
Superior organizational skills for follow-through and the ability to juggle and prioritize.
Strong work ethic, lead by example.
Fluent in English and Spanish preferred.
Knowledge of Posi Touch and POS systems, preferred.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
California Food Handler Card is required for all foodservice employees who prepare, store, serve food.
$24 per hour
