KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Nighttime Welcome Wagon: Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM 7 AM). Handle check-ins reservations and those quirky late-night questions like a pro.
- Master of Midnight Math: Own the Night Audit! Balance the books finalize transactions and make sure every number is in its perfect place. Detail lovers this is your time to shine.
- Guardian of the Glow-Up: Keep the property safe and sound with regular security walks. Youre the calm watchful presence that helps guests sleep easy.
- The Nightly Newsroom: Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report to give management the inside scoop on what went down while the world was sleeping.
- Teamwork After Twilight: Work hand-in-hand with other departments to keep operations smooth and service top-notcheven in the wee hours.
- Tech-Savvy Problem Solver: If youre fluent in Windows spreadsheets and word docsand youve got a knack for solving problems soloyoull fit right in.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
- 1 year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.

Whether guests are visiting for work or pleasure Fairfield Inn Anaheim Hills Orange County provides peaceful settings for their travels. We position visitors a few miles shy of renowned theme parks including Disneyland Resort and Knotts Berry Farm as well as dynamic destinations such as The Outlets at Orange Richard Nixon Presidential Library and Museum and the Orange County Zoo. Guests will encounter a restful stay in our rooms and suites featuring plush bedding complimentary Wi-Fi and ergonomic workstations. After waking rejuvenated start the day at our complimentary breakfast buffet offering a savory mix of hot classics and lighter fare. Guests can get in their daily workout at our fitness center. Anyone can make use of our two flexible venues. At Fairfield Inn Anaheim Hills Orange County our guests are our #1 priority.
