Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license for California
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (OT - mMa)
• Experience providing OT services in a school environment
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documenting student progress
• Strong communication skills for working with educators, students, and families
• Ability to adapt sessions to meet individual student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students to identify their needs related to fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teaching staff and families to support students’ functional independence within the school setting
• Maintain accurate records of student evaluations, intervention sessions, and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings to contribute to goal-setting and student support plans
• Provide consultative services and staff training as needed
