In-Home Sales Representative (Commission-Based)
Location: Greenville, TX and surrounding areas (including Commerce, Quinlan, Caddo Mills, Lone Oak, and nearby towns within a 25-mile radius)

About the RoleAs an In-Home Sales Representative , you’ll meet with pre-qualified homeowners and guide them through customized bath solutions that match their needs and vision. This is a full-cycle, outside sales role where you’ll use modern tools and a proven system to design, present, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver our proprietary sales presentation using an iPad
- Design customized bath solutions using company software
- Provide accurate pricing and confidently close sales
- Attend weekly training sessions to sharpen sales skills
- Manage appointments and follow up with prospective customers
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Previous in-home sales experience preferred (home improvement a plus)
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally (within 25-mile radius)
- Confident presenter with strong closing ability
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Outgoing personality with strong people skills
- 8–12% commission per sale (uncapped earning potential)
- Pre-qualified leads provided — no cold calling
- Gas card + gas allowance provided
- Flexible schedule
