Job Title: Member Services Representative (MSR)

Pay: $22.25/hr

Location:  North Richland Hills, TX (Dallas Area)

Training Schedule: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM EST (Onsite Attendance Required)

Work Schedule: Hybrid/Onsite: Multiple shifts range between 12:00 PM – 12:30 AM CST (8.5-hour shifts within a 9.5-hour window)

About the Role:

We are seeking dependable and service-driven individuals to join a leading financial institution as Member Service Representatives(MSRs).

As an MSR, you will play a crucial role in providing empathetic, professional, and solution-oriented support to members through inbound calls. You’ll be part of a dynamic team committed to resolving account-related inquiries quickly and accurately while delivering exceptional customer service.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle inbound calls and assist members with account servicing needs
• Navigate multiple systems to research and resolve account concerns
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Comfortable using multiple systems and tools to assist members
• Reliable and punctual, especially during training

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Richland Hills, TX.

The pay range for this position is $22.25 - $22.25/hr.
