Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
We are seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants to provide compassionate care and assistance to residents in various settings, including memory care and other specialty units. The ideal candidates will display a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our residents through support in daily activities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administer medication as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor and document residents' physical and emotional wellbeing.
- Support residents in participating in recreational activities to promote engagement.
- Communicate effectively with the healthcare team about residents' needs and changes in condition.
Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant in the relevant state.
- Prior experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to support residents across different units as needed.
