What You Will Do Maintain accurate patient and client billing records while ensuring timely payment collection. Submit clean insurance claims and proactively follow up on outstanding balances. Respond to patient and client billing inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and exceptional customer service. Post payments, denials, adjustments, and reconcile daily financial transactions. Analyze accounts receivable, investigate claim denials, and identify payer trends to improve collections performance. Partner with internal teams to support efficient revenue cycle operations and resolution of billing issues. What We Are Looking For Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and 3 to 5 years of related experience. Strong knowledge of medical billing processes, CPT codes, ICD‑10 coding, and CMS‑1500 claim forms. Understanding of insurance payer requirements, reimbursement processes, and patient financial responsibility. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Why Join This Opportunity?
